SkyWest’s Kearney Team Receives United’s 2018 Quality First Award

SkyWest Airlines’ customer service team at Kearney Regional Airport was recently recognized as a top performing United Express location in 2018. Demonstrating an ongoing commitment to service and reliability, the SkyWest Kearney customer service team was recently presented with United’s 2018 Quality First Award.

The prestigious award recognizes the top performing United and United Express stations and is based on key performance metrics, bag handling, on-time arrival and more. Kearney Regional Airport ranked first among United Express stations in their category.
